[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]I started training with Tom during 2014 when I began training after having my second child, I wanted to move on from doing a lot of cardio based training to weight training, my main focus was to gain some more size and shape on my legs and bum.


Tom has a fantastic attention to detail and his knowledge and experience has helped me so much over the last couple of years meeting some amazing Personal Bests, and seeing a dramatic change in my shape.


If I had to describe how my progression makes me feel it would be ‘amazing’. I feel more confident in myself, more confident in wearing certain clothes now that I have more curves, and it just gives me that feel good factor about myself.
