I started working with Tom over a year ago.  My aim was to get a nutrition plan to allow me to make a specified weight to compete in a professional MMA bout.

 

The plan worked extremely well for me and Tom’s knowledge is second to none, so creating the perfect diet for me was (appeared to be) very easy for him.

 

I managed to make weight safely and still train to the highest level without lack of energy from low carb intake previously experienced in other weight cuts.

 

I now make weight in a more controlled and measured manner which helps me to train and fight more professionally and effectively.

 

I have nothing but great things to say about Tom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any nutritional info.
