I first started working out as a way to improve my fitness and to tone up, after several months I really enjoyed training and wanted to build muscle but wasn’t sure exactly what to do.
I have tried working out several times previously but didn’t enjoy it at the time and felt I didn’t have enough confidence so would often give up!
