I started working with Tom back in June 2015.


Before then I’d never stepped foot in a gym.  I was a bit apprehensive but Tom made me feel at ease, he’s motivated me, pushed me beyond what I thought I could do, he’s been ridiculously patient and supportive.


I’ve learned a lot about fitness, muscle groups, which exercises work better for me instead of doing ones I’m not that comfortable with.  I’m in the best shape now than I’ve ever been in.  Tom is a great, chatty, friendly guy and I plan on working with him for years to come.
