Instructions
  1. Stick the banana, egg and whey protein in a blender. Whizz it up to make batter.
  2. Heat the pan, spray in the 1 cal spray and pour pancakes. Cook each side for one minute.
  3. Serve with berries, yoghurt and zero cal syrup
