Protein Pancake – lower calorie
A simple to make Protein Pancake from Joe Wick's 90 Day Shift.
This is the lower calorie version
Stick the banana, egg and whey protein in a blender.
Whizz it up to make batter.
Heat the pan, spray in the 1 cal spray and pour pancakes.
Cook each side for one minute.
Serve with berries, yoghurt and zero cal syrup
