Eggs and Bagels Breakfast with Berry Fruit Salad - Lower calorie Yum
A great healthy breakfast that gives you protein, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates and some fruit loaded with antioxidants and vitamins. This lower calorie version uses half a bagel (or a whole bagel thin) and 2 eggs instead of 3

Instructions
Prep Eggs
  1. I use an egg poacher which is dead easy to use, they are about £15 from Amazon. See below the Nutrition label for the model I use. Just add some spray oil to each section, then leave to heat up
  2. After 2-3 minutes and the spray oil has turned from white to clear crack the eggs into the poacher. Leave for about 5-7 minutes to cook to your liking
Fruit
  1. You don't need to have 2 fruits, 100g of any berries will be fine and is really low calorie. This gives you a low calorie sweet treat at breakfast which is loaded with antioxidants and prebiotic fibre for your gut bacteria
Bagels
  1. Split and toast the Bagels, I use a little butter or olive oil spread on top of them once toasted
